This is my last post I’m making as PoCoAUmod. I’m not sticking around on the team for Ponycon AU ‘14 so this blog is going to be inactive until I get replaced.

We were thinking of waiting until after the season 3 finale had come out before uploading this, but since that’s taking a while longer than expected we might as well put it up before it gets too old.

My partner Erika and I attend a lot of conventions as artists and traders. Usually this nets us a small windfall for a few weeks of work before the convention, and a weekends worth of frantic labor talking to attendees, promoting our product and selling commissions.
Last weekend we attended a new convention with a new crowd called PonyConAU. The rising popularity of Hasbo’s new ‘My Little Pony’ series has seen it sky rocket in a wide variety of demographics, so much so that they’re starting to have conventions pop up left, right, and center.
Oh, you two were good. I wanted to get something but I had to keep running off to do con supervisor work. Maybe next year.

Hey quick question will there be a video from the livestream for the panels, performances and such?
PonyvilleLive is putting con videos up on there YouTube. (boom, bang) It’s taking a bit longer than usual because of some audio problems, but just subscribe and you’ll get them all.
Everyone who worked on streaming and recording the day did a really good job.
Is it sad that I'm still checking this blog and the PonyConAU tag for new things because PonyCon was so damn amazing? *cries because I still haven't taken my wristband off and it hurts to look at*

gonna ever announce the location of the next ponycon au? and would it be possible to hold it more than once a year, or is the budget just not cut out for that?
